Mirrie learnt to knit and crochet from her maternal grandmother, Miemie, starting when she was four years old. Her special interests are reversible textured knitting, including Shetland lace, and freeform knitting. Mirrie’s love of yarn and colour extends to dabbling with plant dyes.
